Novina Hotel Wöhrdersee Nürnberg City

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good room size. The rooms were clean and our beds were made every single day. We enjoyed free coffee/tee at the lobby and water in the room. The breakfast had also a great food selection. Finally, a central location was a big plus for us and a beautifully decorated Xmas tree in the lobby made this festive season even more special especially for the kids.

This was the best 4 star hotel out of my entire trip! It exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. We had water and wine delivered daily. It was a full shower not just a half glass which was really important. The beds were extra comfy. This is the only place where you can charge your electronics in the safe without a card and there’s a light in there. The daily breakfast was amazing. There was someone to actually cook the eggs. Free coffee and teas in the lobby area. The location was only 15 mins to the downtown area. This location is right next the the train, tram, and bus.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Very clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were quite large and well maintained. There isn't tea or coffee in the room, but it is free 24hrs a day in the reception. The bar/ restaurant is lovely too and not too over priced. It is next to a beautiful park with a river. About 20 minutes walk to old centre. Outside you can get a tram to the main station. No:5 or 11. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is good - different options and well stocked. The location is really good for access to the rest of the city with tram,train, and bus stops 5 minutes or less away. This means you get access to the city easily but the location of the hotel is quite quiet. The staff are helpful. Rooms are a good enough size and clean.

Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to support us in every possible way when they became aware that we were in Nuremberg to support my husband’s Australian childhood friend whose wife just passed away. I would especially like to mention Marina at Reception, Cookie in the dining room and Anesti in the restaurant. Great view of the lake One of the best breakfasts we have ever had in many years of international travel Attention detail re cleanliness is amazing. Great hosts who provide bottled wine and water each day plus all day tea and coffee!!! Refrigerator in the room was most welcome too. Great bed and spacious room! Tram into the old town from the door of the hotel.
