Fantastic staff who went above and beyond to support us in every possible way when they became aware that we were in Nuremberg to support my husband’s Australian childhood friend whose wife just passed away. I would especially like to mention Marina at Reception, Cookie in the dining room and Anesti in the restaurant. Great view of the lake One of the best breakfasts we have ever had in many years of international travel Attention detail re cleanliness is amazing. Great hosts who provide bottled wine and water each day plus all day tea and coffee!!! Refrigerator in the room was most welcome too. Great bed and spacious room! Tram into the old town from the door of the hotel.

NW I was very pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. It’s around 20 minutes on foot from the train station—or a couple of stops on trams 5 or 11 [dismount at Durrenhof stop]. I normally dine in Nuremberg Old Town but, due to time constraints etc, I dined in the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. The steak tatar, which I had as a starter, was one of the best I ever had. The pork medallions with a mushroom sauce, rosti and vegetables was also superb and, as dish of the day, came with a complimentary glass of wine, beer or soft drink. The following morning’s breakfast was also excellent. Very, very highly recommended

This was the best 4 star hotel out of my entire trip! It exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. We had water and wine delivered daily. It was a full shower not just a half glass which was really important. The beds were extra comfy. This is the only place where you can charge your electronics in the safe without a card and there’s a light in there. The daily breakfast was amazing. There was someone to actually cook the eggs. Free coffee and teas in the lobby area. The location was only 15 mins to the downtown area. This location is right next the the train, tram, and bus.

Great location close to the center . Hotel is massive - truly we’re not prepared for how large it is . Reception staff was friendly and helpful . Elevators to upper floors . Good inside bike storage but be sure to lock your bikes . Room spacious and very clean .Bathroom very modern and unique in design . Has on-site restaurant but make reservations for dinner early if you want to eat here . However hotel is close 300m. to L’Osteria restaurant which is a good alternative . Breakfast excellent with wide selection of cold and hot options . Made to order egg dishes .

Location of the hotel was excellent. Very clean and staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were quite large and well maintained. There isn't tea or coffee in the room, but it is free 24hrs a day in the reception. The bar/ restaurant is lovely too and not too over priced. It is next to a beautiful park with a river. About 20 minutes walk to old centre. Outside you can get a tram to the main station. No:5 or 11. Would definitely stay here again.
